Who handles your data

Bloya is published by Jean-Emmanuel Perramant. For anything concerning your data, write to jean-emmanuel@bestrong-app.com — we answer within thirty days at most.

What we collect

When you create your space: your first name, your email address and a password, which we never store in plain text.

While you use it: whatever you enter yourself — exercises, sessions, programs, posts, offers, and the records of the people you coach.

Technically: our server logs, which briefly keep IP addresses and errors so we can diagnose outages.

We use no advertising trackers and we sell nothing.

Your clients’ data

You enter information about other people into Bloya: your clients. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor under the GDPR. Informing them and obtaining their consent is yours to do; in return we undertake to use it only to run your space.

Who we entrust it to

Convex, for the database and server functions. Your data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland).

Vercel, for serving the pages of the site and the app.

Stripe, for payments: card details are entered at Stripe and never pass through our servers.

No other recipient, and no transfer beyond these providers.

How long

As long as your space exists. Once deleted, data is erased within thirty days, except what the law requires us to keep — accounting records, ten years.

Your rights

You may access your data, correct it, have it erased, ask for a copy, or object to its processing. A message to jean-emmanuel@bestrong-app.com is enough.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

Two only, and none for measurement or advertising: the one remembering which language you read, and the one keeping you signed in. They need no consent because the service cannot work without them.
