Terms of use

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Purpose

Bloya is an online service for fitness coaches: it lets them build programs, follow the people they coach, talk to them and collect their subscriptions. Creating a space means accepting these terms.

Your account

You alone hold your password and you alone are responsible for what is done from your space. If you believe it has been compromised, write to jean-emmanuel@bestrong-app.com.

A space is for professional use. You declare that you hold the standing and, where required, the qualifications to practise.

Trial and subscription

Opening a space is free and asks for no card. Paid plans, their prices and their terms are shown before any payment; nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.

You can stop at any time. The subscription then runs until the end of the period already paid for, with no renewal.

Your clients’ payments

When you collect a subscription through Bloya, the funds pass through Stripe into an account of your own: you are the seller, and it is from you that your clients buy. We are only a technical intermediary. Meeting your tax and accounting obligations is yours to do.

What you publish

Your content — exercises, sessions, text, images, video — stays yours. You grant us only the right to host it and show it to those you intend it for.

You undertake to put nothing there that infringes anyone’s rights, and no advice liable to endanger your clients’ health.

Our liability

We do our best to keep the service available, without being able to promise it never stops: maintenance or an outage at a host can suspend access.

Bloya is a tool, not medical advice. The programs and guidance you publish are yours alone.

Ending the service

You may delete your space whenever you wish. We can close yours only for a serious breach of these terms, and after telling you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Should a dispute arise we will look for an amicable solution first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
